Items to Bring With Your Dog

Enough for the number of days of your dogs stay with us plus an additional 3 days just in case! We recommend that you bring your dogs own food as to not upset his/her digestive system. If you wish we can supply food at an additional cost.

MEDICATIONS

VACCINATION RECORDS

Proof of the following vaccinations issued by your veterinarian must be presented prior to check-in. Without these vaccinations your dog cannot enter the kennel.

Distemper
Hepatitis
Para influenza
Leptospirosis
Parvovirus
Rabies
Bordetella

You are welcome to bring toys and other comfort items from home that may have your scent on them. This will help your dog feel right at home. Heritage Farm Kennel cannot be responsible for lost or damage to any of the items. Dishes, toys and some bedding are provided by the Kennel.
